Our heart is ultimately for the overworked and under-resourced Pastors we’ve watched struggle over the years, but our philosophy and theology says that regardless of our title, if we are Leading in God’s Kingdom, we are Kingdom Leaders. And Kingdom Leaders need to maximize their impact at every opportunity. Wherever/however you lead, we want to help.

We’ll definitely work through some high level concepts that are potentially holding you back… But more importantly, we’ll learn some skills and tools to begin to outline the next decade of your life and leadership. YOUR Next Level is 12 weeks of coaching and training focused on identifying YOUR success in the next decade in life, leadership, family, etc… It’s an online group training over the course of 12 weeks, introducing key concepts, skills, and tools to begin to map out the next decade, across the various hats you wear. Included in the price are 2 one-on-one coaching/strategy sessions to take what we learning as a group and help customize it further to your particular needs.
Cost for 12 week program: $675
Includes:
- 12 weekly group sessions
- Weekly homework to immediately apply concepts to YOUR world.

About Chris
In 27 years of ministry, Chris has worn a lot of hats. He’s served in big churches, little churches, and a few in between. He’s been full-time, part-time, BIVO/COVO, and for a short stint, a stay-at-home dad with a side of freelance design. He’s been the youth minister, discipleship director, arts director, communications, production, portability, associate pastor, camp board member, program director, and currently works at a missions agency with a made up title doing a little bit of a lot. He’s managed restaurants & retail, worked maintenance for a college, waited tables, done countless hours of live production work, and spent a few seasons decorating the Orlando International Airport for Christmas. Like the guys from Farmer’s Insurance like to say… He knows a thing or two because he’s seen a thing or two.
Seriously though… he’s an ordained pastor, has served in a variety of roles, worked at a half dozen churches wearing many different hats, and has had the opportunity to work with and alongside dozens (hundreds?) more.
